Payment Methods

Currently we accept payments by credit card or Paypal.

Returns and Exchanges 

Only items that are unused and unwashed are accepted for returns or exchanges. Defective items will be handled on a case by case basis and we will arrange to repair or replace the defective item per the manufacturer’s policy. Please contact us for any defective items.

Baby diapering products and any other body products are not returnable.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days from the original invoice date.

Shipping is not refundable. You are responsible for shipping the items back to us and will not be reimbursed unless you were sent the wrong merchandise. No COD packages will be accepted.

Please include your original invoice, or a copy, with the item(s) that you are returning. Please note which items you are returning and indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange. You will need to either include your complete credit card number, name on card, and expiration date, or contact us with that information, as we do not store credit card numbers or expiration dates.  If you paid via paypal, this information is not needed.

Please keep a copy of the invoice for your records

Once the items have been returned, you will receive a refund or exchange, minus the original shipping cost and the restocking fee. Returns may take up to 5 business days to process. It is best to notify us before you send in a return so that we know to be watching for it.  We are not responsible for lost items, so tracking information is a good idea.

Sale Merchandise 

Items that are purchased as Clearance, or discontinued, are NOT returnable. If you are unsure or have questions if an item is returnable, please ask before purchasing.

Cancellations

Any orders that are cancelled after being processed and before being shipped will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. 

Shipping Information

We currently offer shipping to the United States only.

Orders under $50.00 will have a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $3.95. Orders over $50.00 will ship FREE. From time to time, we will offer promotions on shipping and all details will be listed on the home page.

In-stock orders will ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment, unless some problem arises in which you will be notified immediately.

Some items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. Sipping times on drop ship items may take 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified if your item will be a drop ship.

Delivery Confirmation is standard on all orders and you will receive a tracking number.

If you need your items shipped quicker, you may have them sent Express for an additional fee. You may also choose to insure your package. Please contact us for the cost of these options.

CutieBooty Diapers will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages when insurance is not purchased. Insurance is not required, but suggested. Please contact us for insurance rates based on your order.

Privacy Policy

CutieBooty Diapers values you as our customer and respects your privacy. Any customer information that we collect will ONLY be used by us to communicate with you about your purchase, our products or services, and any special promotions. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties. We will notify you of any changes in our policy before we use your information in a manner not previously disclosed. You will have the opportunity at that time to opt out of any new use of your information.
